Earnling is free to download, and everything in the app is open for 7 days. After that, unlocking Earnling is a one-time purchase of $4.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, not your device. Open Earnling on the new phone, tap the banner or the unlock screen, and choose Restore a previous purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
Only if you create an account. Earnling saves everything on the device by default and works fully offline. If a parent creates an account in the Parent area, the data backs up and syncs across that parent's own devices.
Open the Parent tab, enter your current PIN, then scroll to Change PIN at the bottom. New installs start with 1234, so it is worth changing.

Open the Parent tab, enter your PIN, and tap Delete account in the Account and sync card. This permanently removes your account and all of your Earnling data from our servers and from the device. It cannot be undone.
Nothing. Earnling does not collect a child's name, photo, birthday, or location, and there is no advertising or third-party analytics in the app. Any account is held by a parent. The full details are in our privacy policy.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose Earnling. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we will help.
